Hollywood is my home. It is where I lived for the first 18 years of my life and have spent a considerable amount of time there since. Both of my parents are in the movie industury, and my uncle used to stay in my house when he was working on a show in the area. It was not uncommon when I was growing up for movies, TV shows, and commercials to be filmed at my house (exterior in the opening of the short lived TV show Do Over, short appearance in Never Been Kissed, Josh Hartnett stealing my room for TV show Cracker, and to top it off I was in the crowd in the music video for Eminem's Stan). All of this is to say that I was not entirely surprised by the commotion outside the window when I woke up this morning. I may be too used to these things to be as excited as I should, but now I have Mariel to be excited for. Here are some images taken from my bed this morning. Since things have gotten a bit more busy.
