When Mariel and I first saw this sign in a Marc Jacobs SoHo store, we thought that it might be a clever joke. While the last line of the poster does employ some lighthearted humor, the story turns out to be true. Samples of Marc Jacobs entire spring 2012 collection were stolen from a train in France. Of course as is the case with any serious heist, we find this terribly dismaying. Somebody help Marc get his clothes back! Read more about it at Vogue
