When I was in LA, Mariel and I spent some time at the Santa Monica pier. While there, my father gave me his Bronica GS1 to shoot with. It was my first eperience using a medium format camera, and I was very nervous going into it. Shooting with film can be trying enough. You have anywhere between 24 and 36 chances to get the picture, no erasing no reviewing. With the 120mm film, I had 10 exposures to get everything that I wanted. While I was taking pictures with the Bronica, Mariel followed me taking pictures of me using the Bronica with my 40D. Keep your eyes out for all of the pictures I shot which will be featured in the next issue.
