Herve Leger Presentation

As the lights dimmed and everyone took their position, models clad in classic Herve Leger bandage dresses, embellished with fringe, accentuated with harnesses, and completed with gladiator heels sauntered one by one down the runway to the dark and sensual sound of 'Equinox', which like the previous season's HL show music is a track by the anonymous and #cult DJ/producer Zomby. Unlike the BCBG MAXAZRIA show whose front row was full of celebrities, HL was filled with fashionistas and classic fashion week eccentrics. The feeling amongst the crowd was very personal and all very fashionable at the same time. The intimacy didn't stop at the catwalk in front of the 'Herve Leger' logo though, it felt as if you could walk backstage without anyone saying anything. Although the pieces were each stunning in their own right, the total feeling of the show was to be most remembered and adored. These garments hold the essence and purvey it to anyone who wasn't there. Click below to see more!
Miss you, love you, mean it later!

Our Gif to You

Photobucket
I had these shots from the end of the Herve Leger show, and I thought they might make a nice gif. We're going to do a proper update with better photos later but for now, here is our gif to you.

FNO: BCBGMAXAZRIA

Thanks to Michael (wearing the kilt. And for the record I am pretty sure he is way ahead of the game on this one. I think kilts are going to make a comeback... just look in the windows of the men's Rag & Bone store if you don't believe me.) and Cliff (who may have the coolest ring collection I have seen yet, totally chic, no words can explain), Jordan and I had such a marvelous FNO at the BCBGMAXAZRIA store at 40th and 5th. They introduced us to some pretty amazing people and I got to try on the most beautiful, well crafted dresses from Herve Leger picked out by Michael. If only pictures were allowed! If I could afford one I would have bought this little tan one right then and there, those dresses fit like a glove! They are extremely glamourous, in that uptown chic way. Thank you again to Michael and Cliff, you guys are beyond!
