Even though the snow has melted and everything has returned to its normal state, my mind is still in a chalet chic mindset. This outfit reminds me of that 'just off the slopes, I left my Moncler (Canada Goose really) jacket back at my chalet (which is located in Megève) and I couldn't find my Pucci down vest as a backup, so instead I am doing the ultra chic thing and layering waffle knits to stay warm' sort of look. I like the way the tan waffle knit layers over the bright neon waffle knit, and the way the brown of the hat looks kind of odd with the tan. The black bottoms and the wedges only make the look more chalet chic in my opinion, which is a look that I think is quite lovely (even if I do not like skiing/snowboarding or being in the cold for too long).
