Christmas

I thought I would post pictures of Christmas before the new year. I was nervous it wouldn't be the same because my brother wasn't at home this year for the first time but we video chatted for all of our present opening (the part of our Christmas with the most traditions!). It was absolutely lovely! After, my father and I took an extremely cold walk down to our pond, I swore I was going to freeze! I hope everyone had a lovely holiday! Hugs!

Working and Shopping

The DMM is hard at work and we want to apologize for any delay in returning emails or messages! While we are doing that I thought I would post some estate side pictures. The first is of some flowers outside the front door of my house. The second is of my dog. The third is of me lying in a hammock in a tree in my yard. Estate Side Photo Diary

Over the weekend Jordan and I headed up north to estate side. Before we left we decided we would do a shoot so we brought a suitcase with all of the looks, shoes, accessories, cameras, etc. The first night was spent wandering around outside as the sun went down looking for places to shoot. Like most of the time spent outside, this adventure resulted in an outfit shoot. My outfit consisted of a top from Free People, grey shorts, and a pair of a size too big Doc Martins that my Father had put in my room for me. He had texted me to tell me earlier in the week to tell me that he had found them so I was excited to try them on. They are just as big and clunky as I imagined. They are perfect for wandering around outside. The next day we did the shoot. We were lucky enough to be able to shoot with the same model that we shot with last time I went estate side, and the photographer from the previous shoot even shot our last look (you will read about them in the next issue)! Jordan shot the other outfits (and David Biral even took a few shots. We are so lucky!) and everything looks amazing! I am excited to see both shoots in the upcoming issues. A big thanks to everyone who was involved!

Estate Side pics

I am back in the city. Jordan is asleep and I am contemplating putting away the contents of my suitcase, which are now in a pile on the floor. We just got back from doing adult things like buying things at CVS that you do not feel like buying (in my opinion going to a drugstore to buy things that you actually need is very adult). However, even though these CVS trips appear to be ultra responsable on our parts we always end up doing it at like 1:30 in the morning so we are not exactly organized.

Clothes and Makeup

I am back to packing! I think I am going to need two suitcases. One for my shoes, bags, electronics, and accessories and the other one for my clothes. I am afraid Jordan is going to think I am crazy when he sees all of the new clothes I picked up. Here are a few pictures from Estate side.

Someone on Tumblr asked me if I workout and wanted to know what I eat and that sort of thing but rather than posting the answer on Tumblr I thought I would do it here. I try to be as active as I can be, I walk loads in the city generally. When I am Estate side I try to take long walks as well. I do not eat dairy and since I have been home I have sort of stopped eating sugar because candy had been one of the main parts of my diet. I basically eat whatever my parents or Jordan cook because they always make me my favorite meals! 

Time to finish packing for real! How do you guys pack? I would love some tips!

I am in the middle of packing to head back to the city. We had so many meetings, met and worked with great new people, Tyler came up to visit and help me, and someone even got a tattoo (not me!). Oh and I also picked up these Frye boots. I had been wanting them for ages and luckily for me a store in town had them! Okay okay back to packing for me. Hopefully Jordan is having a nice plane flight back! Catch ya later rockstars!

Estate Side Outfit

This was my outfit from yesterday. Shirt is from Cheap Monday, jeans are from Gap, cardigan is from Urban Outfitters, my ankle boots are from Steven by Steve Madden, and my sunglasses are from Oliver Peoples. Yesterday was spent kind of relaxing and doing a little mood boarding. In the evening we went down to the water. It is a little chilly Estate side so having a collection of large warm knits is essential!
